Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All products sold on Nordic Quiet are digital downloads. Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, refunds, returns, or exchanges are generally not available once access or download has been provided.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, where applicable under EU consumer law, your statutory right of withdrawal is waived once the download or access begins.

Digital Products

Nordic Quiet sells digital products only, including PDF guides, planners, and templates. No physical products are shipped.

ExceptionsRefunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment (accidental double charge)
• A technical issue prevents access to the product and cannot be resolved
• The product is significantly different from its description

If a file is damaged or incomplete, I will provide a replacement or help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you do not receive your download or cannot access your files:

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Make sure you used the correct email address during checkout.
